Pleasant Hill Farm has a great selection of school horses to ride. Our school horses come in a range of sizes, colors, riding ability and personalities. Each school horse is different in their own way and each one is ready to teach you something new with each lesson. Lessons last up to two hours.
All boarding includes am/pm feeding, turnout (weather permitting) and blanketing when necessary. Free choice of alfalfa mix hay in the stall and pasture. Stalls have individual fans for summer and heated buckets for winter.
Cammie has a wide range of students ranging from the itty-bitty beginners to students competing on the circuit. Her personal goal and favorite is to build her students up over the years in confidence and poise on different horses while moving up the levels of the equestrian sport.
Pleasant Hill Farm is located and taking over the schooling show series at Sharon Oaks Stables. We will host two mini-series. A spring series in March/ April/ May and a fall series in September/ October/ November.
Pleasant Hill Farm's Traveling Show Team enjoys competing at many venues throughout the year including Schooling, C and A level shows along with IEA. At Pleasant Hill Farm we emphasize the importance of horsemanship, sportsmanship and team work along with the many life-lessons gained at the side of horses.
IEA was formed and organized to promote and improve the quality of equestrian competition and instruction available to middle and secondary school students.
